Maintenance
A full-time position responsible for the maintenance, housekeeping, custodial, and grounds of each building. The maintenance person will prioritize, complete, and/or schedule an outside vendor, when needed, for maintenance tasks for all Home Base Property Management buildings and grounds. The maintenance tasks include but are not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and janitorial responsibilities.

Experience
- High school or equivalency degree required.
- At least 3 years of responsible experience in maintenance which may include HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience to meet job requirements.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal motor vehicle liability insurance.
- Ability to meet insurability requirements of the Company’s motor vehicle insurance carrier and fidelity bond.
- Must be able to pass the Fair Housing Test.
