In response to the coronavirus pandemic, please note the updated following adjustments regarding our services:
The health and safety of employees, tenants and clients are top priorities for us. In accordance to Governor Pritzker's "Shelter in Place" Executive Order, HOME BASE Property Management will continue operating as it is defined as an essential infrastructure function.
Policies below are in effect from 3/18-5/30/2020:
OFFICE VISITS
In support of community health, all HOME BASE Property Management offices will be suspending face to face services, effective immediately. However, all offices will be staffed and phone and/or email communication will be available. This policy will remain in effect until further notice.
RENT PAYMENTS
Rent payments shall be placed in rent drop boxes in your respective property. Please note on envelope if a rent receipt is required. If so, rent receipts will be mailed to you next day.
MAINTENANCE
Effective 3/17/2020 – All non-essential unit maintenance will be suspended. This policy will remain in effect until further notice.
Emergency Maintenance
This procedure will not change. Please continue to call in as needed, during business and non-business hours. Our on-call staff will continue to be available for emergency maintenance during non-business hours.
